Heavy Sets – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Heavy Sets, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing gym and fitness equipment from us. While we always aim for high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. This policy sets out your rights and responsibilities in line with UK consumer law.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Returned products must be unused, free from damage, and placed in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required to process your request.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide you no longer want your purchase (for example, if you’ve changed your mind):
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The product must be returned within the 30-day period outlined above.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final-sale products.
- Customised or personalised equipment.
- Gift cards and digital vouchers.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photographs of the fault or damage.
- Heavy Sets will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases, and you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return reaches us, our team will carry out an inspection.
- If the return is approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee and shipping costs) will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to appear, though this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers based in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. During this period, you may return items for a full refund, including the standard shipping charge.

Important Notes
- Shipping fees originally paid are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or delivered in error.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned goods without proof of postage.
